Do you enjoy motivational speeches, self-improvement books, or hearing words of affirmation? Then podcasts are right up your alley.

I have found so much inspiration and motivation in podcasts and as a mother of two young children, I appreciate being able to listen to podcasts while doing other things. Here are three podcast episodes to encourage you to take back control of your time to do more of the things you want to.
